Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TeenAegis website and Guardian AI platform operated by TeenAegis, Inc. ("TeenAegis," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
By creating an account or using the TeenAegis Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our .
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a school or district), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
TeenAegis provides an intelligence-led digital safety platform for parents, families, and educational institutions. The Service includes:
The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and authorized school personnel. It is not intended for use by minors.
You must create an account to access the full Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or to children.
TeenAegis offers the following subscription tiers: Core ($19/month), Family+ ($39/month), and Executive ($499/month). Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and may suspend your account if payment cannot be collected.

Not a substitute for professional advice. Guardian AI provides general safety information and guidance. It is not a licensed mental health service, legal service, or law enforcement tool. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
AI limitations. Guardian AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for serious matters.
Crisis escalation. When Guardian AI detects language indicating imminent risk to a child's safety, it will provide crisis resources and may notify TeenAegis staff. This is a safety feature, not surveillance.
Free trial. The 3-message free trial is limited to one session per device and is provided for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by TeenAegis, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as child profile information). By submitting content, you grant TeenAegis a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TEENAEGIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. TEENAEGIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL PREVENT ALL HARM TO CHILDREN OR DETECT ALL ONLINE THREATS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEENAEGIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEENAEGIS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TEENAEGIS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeenAegis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TeenAegis.
