Kamran began his career as a lawyer specializing in international legal cooperation, and has worked with organizations including the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the OSCE, and Interpol.

He serves as a Trustee of a leading Washington, D.C.-based think tank that develops the Fragile States Index — a globally recognized benchmark of state resilience and governance. Kamran holds a PhD in Law and has studied at the University of Cambridge, the London School of Economics, and the University of Oxford.

Tolan is a national security strategist with more than two decades of experience as a U.S. Marine, intelligence professional, and Fortune 500 advisor. A frequent voice in global media on consumer dynamics and digital threat, he has spent years translating complex security challenges into actionable guidance for families navigating an increasingly dangerous online environment.
